I originally called & asked about using 2 coupons for a new battery & an oil change & was told I could. I made an appointment. When I got there I was told I could only use one & the battery in the coupon might not work in my car. So the rep was going to check & get back to me. I waited over an hour for him to tell me I couldn’t use it. I showed him another battery coupon the website offered, waited anither hour & a half fit him to tell me my car was ready. Very poor communications and excessive wait time when I had an appointment.

I was not told that I had a choice of accepting the paint protection that is $699 that I will probably want ever use. I was told there was gap on the cruise control and it doesn't have. Finance was very poor they didn't ever thing on the invoice the day I bought the pickup the next day I got a text saying I owed them $600 more with out an explanation. I would not recommend the dealer to anyone. I do like the pickup.

Airbags were changed per recall, but had to call back initially after being told by first lady who took information she would call back and did not. There was no loaner vehicle offered. When I initially walked into service dept no one greeted me as I stood there for awhile. Eventually a younger African American male assisted me. Most importantly when vehicle was returned, wood trim below airbag area was cracked significantly by tech who replaced it. Nothing was said or offered by dealership with parts to replace or remedy issue. Horrible customer service and business practice

we don't normally take our cars to dealers for any work....but since we had a free oil change, we came. Zachary McCown, the service, adviser, made us feel we were in good hands and they would take the greatest care of my Trax. We were highly impressed with Zachary and the service provided.

Went in for an oil change and recommended maintenance for 45k on my vehicle everything was great. My only issue is the communication between the advisor and mechanic, I never got an update for if or when my vehicle would be ready. I just headed up there at 1830 before closing and it was like oh “hey how can we help you”. So m here to pick up my vehicle since there wasn’t no update. Other than that everything was good

Gunn Chevrolet has the best prices and customer service! We bought a new truck 3 years ago and they remembered us when we bought a new truck this month. Absolutely the only dealership we will buy from! Our salesman Vincent was very down to earth and we really loved his personality and professionalism.

I would highly recommend Gunn for the purchasing experience, however, unless you feel like sitting in a waiting room for two plus hours for an oil change I would not use their service center. I have now had two oil changes, both times I had an appointment. The first time I sat there for nearly 3 1/2 hours. The second time just over two. No excuse for that when I set an appointment. Their service center needs to get their act together. When I asked a service member for an update I was met with a sarcastic tone, "all of these cars are here for an oil change, just wait". Mind you when I asked, I had already been there for over an hour. I was also supposed to have the first two oil changes for free according to the sales manager and when I was handed my key, I was also handed a bill. I explained that this was my second oil change, and it was supposed to be covered. The response I got was, it's not listed in our system, you owe us for the oil change. I will be doing all my own general maintenance now.

Ben and Daniel are the greatest! This is our TENTH vehicle we have purchased from Ben. I appreciate the time he takes to figure out what vehicle will work for my family’s needs and what makes sense financially. He always goes above and beyond. Daniel is amazing too. He is always available to answer any questions and setup my new Chevy! We will be back again for #11.
