Airbags were changed per recall, but had to call back initially after being told by first lady who took information she would call back and did not. There was no loaner vehicle offered. When I initially walked into service dept no one greeted me as I stood there for awhile. Eventually a younger African American male assisted me. Most importantly when vehicle was returned, wood trim below airbag area was cracked significantly by tech who replaced it. Nothing was said or offered by dealership with parts to replace or remedy issue. Horrible customer service and business practice

I always receive good service, but a 2-hour wait is too much.
