I would highly recommend Gunn for the purchasing experience, however, unless you feel like sitting in a waiting room for two plus hours for an oil change I would not use their service center. I have now had two oil changes, both times I had an appointment. The first time I sat there for nearly 3 1/2 hours. The second time just over two. No excuse for that when I set an appointment. Their service center needs to get their act together. When I asked a service member for an update I was met with a sarcastic tone, "all of these cars are here for an oil change, just wait". Mind you when I asked, I had already been there for over an hour. I was also supposed to have the first two oil changes for free according to the sales manager and when I was handed my key, I was also handed a bill. I explained that this was my second oil change, and it was supposed to be covered. The response I got was, it's not listed in our system, you owe us for the oil change. I will be doing all my own general maintenance now.
