Dear Gunn Chevrolet, Aaron Meza is a terrific salesman and a wonderful ambassador for Gunn Chevrolet. He made me feel welcome from the very first interaction to the very last. In my 36 years of buying cars, Aaron helped make my E-Ray purchase one of my best car-buying experiences ever. In addition to Aaron's pleasant but businesslike demeanor, I especially appreciated Gunn's no-nonsense pricing and absence of tricks during the sale. Aaron explained all the pricing and made it clear that I was not committed to take any of the offered post-sticker options. I appreciated New Car Sales Director Tommy Thompson taking the time to stop at my table to thank me for my business and to talk to me about cool cars and how he goes about specifying various Corvette options. I had a similarly fun and enjoyable conversation with Roger Juarez. I have to say, Tommy did a great job getting my new E-Ray out of the showroom and into the parking lot. Mattie Pierce made the deal-sealing process quick, smooth, efficient, and pleasant. She explained all the options, pros, and cons of the additional warranty offerings, and knew exactly how to handle my credit union's loan pre-approval documents and communications. I think the process took fewer than 10 minutes... a refreshing change from other car-buying experiences I've had. I would be remiss not mentioning your wonderful folks at the front desk. I'm sorry to say I didn't catch everyone's name, but all I dealt with were helpful and very pleasant. I noticed all the customers at the dealership during my visits seemed to be in a good mood. This indicates to me that I wasn't the only customer being treated with fairness and respect.
