Very professional service!

Roger was excellent, taking a lot of time to explain everything about the car. All the electronics were new to us and he was very helpful before and after we signed the papers

Very welcoming

Everything went pretty well. Oil change. The small rub is that this is the second time I’ve used your service department, made appointments both times…..and when I showed up, both times, my “expectations are set” that it’s going to be a while due to being backed up. The reason I make an appointment is to avoid waiting in line. Also, you now charge 3% to use credit cards. That’s what a mom and pop business does. Embarrassing for you. If you must, adjust your pricing by 3% and avoid insulting your customers when it’s time to pay.

Paper work way to long.

Our salesmen Alfred and Albert were very accommodating. Checking inventory for the options we were looking for and assuring us if the vehicle was not available at the dealership an order could be placed. At no time was there any pressure to purchase nor persuade us to compromise on the options we wanted to buy a vehicle in stock. The model we wanted, in the color we liked and with the trim package we were looking for was available and both gentlemen were present until closing Friday night and back again the next day to process the sale. I would definitely recommend Gunn Chevrolet as well as Alfred and Albert to my friends
