I WANTED AN OIL AND FILTER CHANGE, I did not need a tire rotation, and was informed that the cost is the same with or without a tire rotation. This is a ripoff of your customers. There should be a separate cost for oil change without tire rotation I have purchased several cars from gunn and always have my service done there. After this experience I am considering alternative service and buying options.

I took my truck in nice and clean because I took it to the car wash before dropping it off. When I return to pick it up, it was muddy on the outside and the driver's floor mat was muddy as well. I understand it needed to be driven to ensure it was working properly but it could have been washed before I received it.

Easy purchase

Brandon was an excellent sales associate, and he enabled a very smooth and effortless transaction. I would recommend him to anyone purchasing a new vehicle. Dealership was good also.

Oil change and tire rotation using your express lane. Took a little over 90 minutes.

Lloyd is an awesome salesman, the process was the fastest I can remember at a dealership.

I’ve always placed my tire locks set out to use when I come to get maintenance and was informed that I was missing the key for the bolts. It’s upsetting that I couldn’t get my tires rotated due to that. I’ve never went elsewhere for maintenance so that key/bolt was not placed back with the set.

Paul was wonderful. We had a rough start but we managed to get on the same page. I appreciate all that he did for me.

Performed oil change

Beautiful truck inside and out. Salesperson Scott and Finance Manager Kinneth were great with the purchase and transferring personal things from old truck to new. We were there past 10pm. Unfortunately the transmission gave out 1 month later but we purchased the extended warranty (as suggested by the Finance Manager). It was approx. 13 days before I got the truck back. The service department replaced the entire transmission, awesome. The Service Manager Paul, gave me a brand new truck (10 miles on it) to use while mine was being fixed. That was great too.
