Scott Alexander was our sales person. He was the first person to immediately come out the door when we arrived and greet us with very friendly manner. During our visit, he was explanatory, positive, calm and very helpful. A lot of things that didn't make sense at other dealerships made sense with his explanations. He made us feel comfortable purchasing a vehicle from them which is a big expense. Even after the purchase date, he promptly responded to our phone calls and texts to answer our questions and help with us setting up our new vehicle. He also helped us to get ahold of Service department when I had a hard time reaching them for a specific issue. I would definitely go back to Scott for our next vehicle and recommend to others. Sal from the finance was also very pleasant to work with. He made the process that can be lengthy, stressful and annoying very swift and smooth. The overall experience was very positive, pleasant and stress free. I highly recommend Gunn Chevy.
