My only concern is that I was set up my appointment for 9:30 am and I had the car ready by 11:15 am which is almost two hours for a oil change and tire rotation service, I use Gunn Nissan for a Nissan rogue of my property and when I scheduled an appointment with them they have the car ready for the same service in at like no more than 45 o less minutes.
