Everything went pretty well. Oil change. The small rub is that this is the second time I’ve used your service department, made appointments both times…..and when I showed up, both times, my “expectations are set” that it’s going to be a while due to being backed up. The reason I make an appointment is to avoid waiting in line. Also, you now charge 3% to use credit cards. That’s what a mom and pop business does. Embarrassing for you. If you must, adjust your pricing by 3% and avoid insulting your customers when it’s time to pay.
