Confirmed Service Customer
Beyond frustrated with my experience a Gunn Chevrolet. They had my truck for over two month. Limited communication and really only when I reached out requesting updates. Could never provide me with details of what was going on. Then my Service Agent, Eric, up and walked out didn't hear anything for 2 weeks. My truck wasn't assigned to anyone until I called twice asking for updates and then got GM corporate involved. When Seth took over as my Service Agent he was amazing! Needless to say I don't trust what was done to my truck and will be eventually trading it in. I have been a GM customer for 15yrs but I think its time to part ways.
