Confirmed Service Customer
I dropped my truck off on a Friday at 4:30 pm for a Saturday pick up. The young man didn���t put that it was for an oil change and tire rotation. I called at11:00 am on Saturday to check the status and nothing had been done because of no record of what was needed. Everyone was very apologetic and I received the service at no charge.
