Overall okay. Not able to diagnose vehicle noise. So no resolution. Had to make second trip as other parts had to be ordered for servicing tire monitoring system.

It was great

My vehicle went in for a warranty issue on the front bumper originally. This turned into a nightmare having to have my bumper repainted because my bumper was not put back on right. They had my vehicle for 2 weeks and it ended up getting overspray all over it from other jobs they were doing. After taking it back several times. The front bumper was still not assembled correctly and I just gave up!

My 2024 Silverado 3500 HD was displaying "Service Instrument Cluster" with accompanying vertical lines in the display that was progressively getting worst. Charles, the Service Advisor, quickly identified the issue and scheduled and appointment for me as the Instrument Cluster was not in stock at the dealership. The part came in the next day and they were able to swap it out and get my truck back on the road. All services were covered by the warranty and the Truck is running great. I was very impressed with the Service Advisors professionalism and his knowledge about my Truck. Charles made sure I was taken care of and kept informed throughout the entire repair process. Thank you Charles for all your help, it's greatly appreciated.

The last experience I had was very good. Went to service truck and talked to someone about on going issues with my camera system I’ve been dealing with for about 9 months now so hope it will be resolved soon

Personal help was great. But not having a simple part on hand was ridiculous. The first time we took the car was approximately the same days in the shop as the second. Too long for simple fix.

The experience was very easy! As it was my first time buying a car, they did a wonderful job at explaining everything very thoroughly. They asked me if I had any questions during each step of the process. Overall, it was a very exciting and enjoyable experience that any car buyer would be lucky to have!
